In order to maintain and preserve
Taft's Historic Monument an organization named The Fort Preservation
Society was created. The Society consists of a 13 member board of
directors that is elected from the membership. The Fort Preservation
Society offers programs and events to bring in revenue to improve
and maintain this wonderful facility. Other revenue streams include
room rental for office/retail space, or facility rental for social
events like, weddings, and parties.
